SoSS #5- 27/07/2019

It’s been a sizzling, steamy week, and I’m not just talking about the heatwave!! I’ve been reading extensively this week, and there has been so much fantastic stuff that this week’s SoSS is a jumbo offering. So make yourself an iced tea, sit by the fan (or even better, the seaside if you can!) and enjoy these wonderful reads and fabulous images…

Fiction

Playing with Fire by Kristan X. Sexy circus folk and a wonderful raw passion.

Monday Blues by This Kinky Bitch Writes. The memory of a sexy morning shag brings our protagonist a lovely start to a chilly Monday.

I’ve Got This Fever by Tabitha Rayne. Oh my word, this got me hotter than Kylie Minogue’s gold hotpants!! Amazing, visceral writing- read it and feel the fever for yourself!

Talking in Your Sleep by Ria Restrepo. A favourite song of mine is brought to sweet and sexy life in this tale.

Tainted Love by Posy Churchgate. As part of the Wicked Wednesday song prompt, Posy posted a link to this wild tale of mind-control and hot sex that set me on fire!!

Non-fiction

Kayla Lords wrote about the difficult feelings that come up when you try to take care of your own well-being but you’ve always been a people-pleaser in Setting Boundaries. This really struck a chord with me.

In a Lather by submissy. An absolutely exquisite photo, combined with a lusciously erotic description of a close shave in the lady-garden! The stuff erotic fantasies are made of!!

Spanked at Last by Sweetgirl shows what wonderful things can happen when you are able to communicate your sexual needs with your partner.

It’s the Humiliation by Molly Moore. Some points about how the language and context of humiliating language can turn a sexy humiliation scene into an upsetting experience if not done with love and care for the submissive party.

My Mental Illness Makes My Sex Life Better by Deviant Succubus. DS talks about how her sex life and mental health coalesce, and how rather than finding her sex life suffers due to MH ups and downs, it can actually a useful tool for getting her through tough times, especially with the support and guidance of her Master. This was a really eye-opening article for me, as my libido completely shuts down when I’m having a flare-up!

And in Sex for Mental Health, Master’s Musings elaborates and discusses the role of sex in managing trauma and mental health from the viewpoint of the Dominant partner.

Poetry

My Real Work by Paul Vincent Cannon. If, like me, you spend a lot of time in boring, pointless work meetings when you’d rather be writing and creating, this poem will really speak to you!

I Can’t Admit the Truth by Megan O’Keefe (Debatably Dateable). A beautiful poem that tugs at my heart ♥

Images

Naughty Pine by Life of Elliott. What a gorgeous, sultry pose!

Moon by Contessa Mercedes. A very clever, and very sensual image.

More than One by TJ the Lustful Empress. How could anyone be expected to resist themselves in this sexy outfit? Wowza!

Cool Off by PurplesGem. The Purples’ Boobday picture is perfect for the sizzling summer weather we’ve been enduring. An image like this almost makes the heat worthwhile! 👄 🔥

Some of my own posts

I wrapped up the erotic story series that started my blogging journey in the first place, Did You Miss Me (Part 6);

Wrote a couple of silly, saucy poems inspired by some sexy men’s underwear- Kinky Britches and You Tease, and name-checked one of my favourite musical artists, Australia’s Kate Miller-Heidke, and her brilliant and hilarious song “Are You Fucking Kidding Me?” about getting a Facebook friend request from an ex lover;

Got booby-licious and whipped “the girls” out for my offerings for Wicked Wednesday, Food for Thought Friday, and Friday is Boobday, as well as by way of apology in What a Day!;

And, because I’m a Brit and talking/ complaining about the weather is, along with queuing, our ultimate national pastime, I whinged about it being Too Hot.

Stay cool, my lovelies, and have a wonderful weekend.

Love, Jupiter x 🌺
